    Purchased an "excellent" open box unit that gave me an error message when I tried to set it up. Returned it to the store and members of the Geek Squad helped swap it out for a different unit. They even made sure the new unit operated properly before I took it home. Kudos to them! Very pleased with the value and customer service I received from Best Buy.

    Great computer for a good value. Needed for college and it has served its full purpose and then some. Battery life leaves to be desired but otherwise is ok.

    What a wonderful experience at this store. I recently needed to exchange a chromebook that I purchased that was not meeting my needs however I was out of the return window by 5 days due to personal reasons. The store was very accommodating and took it back with a full credit to allowing me to purchase a better laptop that would work for what I needed it for. This store is the best and I'll purchase all my electronics & games from here on out!

    Nice and responsive. upgraded the ram easily by taking off the back and putting in a 16gb stick in the open slot.

    Easy to set laptop up but need time to get used to Windows 11. Found Win 11 has advantages over previous versions. Unit operates as described and found no problems.

    Not as many “special features” in comparison, but a good, solid functioning laptop for a good sale price. The Geek-squad people were extremely helpful setting it up also.

    I bought this laptop for my wife. She loves the laptop, if boots up much faster then her laptop which is only a few years old. The screen is bright and plenty large enough for her. She is really enjoying the new laptop. We would recommend a Lenovo over Dell anytime. She has had 2 Dell and has had nothing buy issues only after a couple of years. We are hoping for longevity out of the Lenovo.

  • Nicer than my last computer at 300$

    My last computer was alright but it made an annoying fan sound and was 300$ this does not make an annoying fan sound and I think has more storage at like 200$ or however much I paid My only grievance is when I click caps lock it pops up in like the lower middle of the screen with a box showing I turned it on
