    Basically a good laptop. However, the sound is like a tin can. Plus, I can't get the volume up very high. A dislike there. Otherwise, I'm pleased.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your ThinkPad. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused you. We'd like to work with you to resolve this issue.

      To start, please do the following:
      1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.).
      2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual.
      3. Check for the latest updates by opening the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button.
      The, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and apply all available updates. There should be a graphic driver update that will come through here.
