    Great features for the price - touchscreen, plenty of memory and storage. Due to the SSD, great star-up time as well. My only complaint, and why a 5th star was not given, is the lack of Thunderbolt support for a multi-monitor docking station. Otherwise it is a great general use budget laptop

    I just needed to replace an older laptop that I've had for 5 years. This laptop can handle Win11 but I also upgraded the RAM to 16 GB. 512GB SSD will work fine. It does have a manual shutter for the camera so you close and know that it would be impossible for anyone to remotely see anything. I upgraded to Win 11 Pro and Office Pro as well.

    I love it ! I went in for a new laptop because my old one ran its course and wouldn’t stay connected to wifi. I knew I wanted a touchscreen laptop and happy I went inside Best Buy instead of purchasing on Amazon. I’m happy I decided to do that !

    This laptop does what it needs to do. I upgrade RAM to 16GB and it is the best 15 dollars upgrade I ever made. The only things I don't like is the screen. IPS but I guess it a cheap IPS, not very good.

    I bought this Levovo lap top to replace an Apple ProMax laptop. Wow! How android laptops have changed! I absolutely love it. It’s easy to use with all the lessons on it. I like that there is a human to ask questions to as well.

    Love it, as sales person quoted. Avant from Geek Squad set it up, transferred files from my old laptop to a drive setup short cuts on my new laptop. Very professional and knowledgeable. It was great working with him.

    I love this computer. This is my first Lenovo laptop. I usually buy Dell or Asus. It's for Church record keeping so far so good and easy to use. Some keyboards are horrible (stiff, loud or make clicking sounds), this does not.

    Every works great now. My pc would not power up, so I took it to the geeksquad and they were great, easy to make an appoitment, quick repair, and then help with getting the licence for the windows produst I am using.
