I was lost searching for cheaper laptops on amazon, and decided to look in Bestbuy. I couldnt be more happier with my purchase. Excellent value and customer service

Returned it to the store and members of the Geek Squad helped swap it out for a different unit. They even made sure the new unit operated properly before I took it home. Kudos to them! Very pleased with the value and customer service I received from Best Buy.

She loves the laptop, if boots up much faster then her laptop which is only a few years old. The screen is bright and plenty large enough for her. She is really enjoying the new laptop. We would recommend a Lenovo over Dell anytime. She has had 2 Dell and has had nothing buy issues only after a couple of years. We are hoping for longevity out of the Lenovo.
