I upgrade RAM to 16GB and it is the best 15 dollars upgrade I ever made. The only things I don't like is the screen. IPS but I guess it a cheap IPS, not very good.

I usually buy Dell or Asus. It's for Church record keeping so far so good and easy to use. Some keyboards are horrible (stiff, loud or make clicking sounds), this does not.

My pc would not power up, so I took it to the geeksquad and they were great, easy to make an appoitment, quick repair, and then help with getting the licence for the windows produst I am using.
