I recently needed to exchange a chromebook that I purchased that was not meeting my needs however I was out of the return window by 5 days due to personal reasons. The store was very accommodating and took it back with a full credit to allowing me to purchase a better laptop that would work for what I needed it for. This store is the best and I'll purchase all my electronics & games from here on out!

Returned it to the store and members of the Geek Squad helped swap it out for a different unit. They even made sure the new unit operated properly before I took it home. Kudos to them! Very pleased with the value and customer service I received from Best Buy.

Great laptop at a great price!

She loves the laptop, if boots up much faster then her laptop which is only a few years old. The screen is bright and plenty large enough for her. She is really enjoying the new laptop. We would recommend a Lenovo over Dell anytime. She has had 2 Dell and has had nothing buy issues only after a couple of years. We are hoping for longevity out of the Lenovo.
