    Excellent product. I only use it for college school work and for watching videos or movies, therefore I cannot speak on how great it is for gaming but it’s very fast for what I need.

    Excellent salesman- he was going back to college the next day, but he took the time to answer all my questions. He showed me several options and helped me select the best laptop for my needs. I chose a Lenovo ideapad and am happy with it.

    I really like Lenovo. Bought this one for my wife and she loves it. Would have given 5 stars if it had Iris Xe graphics as advertised but it just has the UHD graphics. I see others have mentioned this but they still haven't changed the description

    Very good value for money. Pretty solid for a laptop. Graphics are a bit bland but that is to be expected for the price. Also needed to install some drivers from lenovo store which was somewhat complex.

    It is a good basic computer. I did have challenges updating the most recent BIOS. The computer is larger than my old one. Overall, it is a good computer for the short time I have owned it.
