We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

We returned this laptop after a few days of ownership. Our intention was to use for web browsing and word processing exclusively but this machine could barely handle the light load we put on it without maxing out the cpu and memory. The case is very cheap plastic and the machine is nearly weightless. Lenovo makes great products, but I don't recommend this one.

I started using my laptop about two months after purchase and it was running fine for about a month. Then here comes Windows with the update and now it's just taking up space because it's stuck on a blue screen that I've tried everything in my power to get it off! Nothing works! I haven't been able to use it for a year now!

Needs special charger that mfr says should have been in the box. How do I get the special charger that should have been in the box as it said all parts enclosed? If you hunt and peck keys it might not skip around so much, putting keying in wrong place (prior keying) and deleting text when you use shift key to capitalize a letter.

This model ships with an AC adapter/charger, check all of the boxes within the main box the computer ships in. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. Lenovo

Crashed after less than a month. Lenovo is supposed to be a good brand but I have never out of all the laptops I have had, have ever had this happen to me. Lenovo told me to go to a computer repair shop but the fix would have cost me more than the value of the computer.
