It has been a great edition to my electronics. It got me all the way through busy days with my business. I believe I only had to see the geek squad once for a very minor issue. It had pleanty of ram and memory. If you remember to empty unused files it should get the average college student at least through 2,of 4 years without a care in the world. It is so easy to use. I wish it never gave out on me.

Way better than I expected!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After reading some reviews I was a little worried about ordering this laptop, how ever I am very surprised at how fast it runs, the storage, it's runs the games like Sims 4 without any problems! It's very responsive I haven't had any problems with it at all so far. It stays charged for a long time I've gotten more then 5 hours out it with heavy usage. All in all I love this laptop so much. I will probably buy another for my mom.

Worst Laptop I've EVER Owned!!

The screen looks like the OLD screens used to when laptops first came out where the only thing you could do was adjust the contrast to be about to see the words on the screen better not to mention that this has to be the slowest computer that I have ever owned! The almost 15 year old desktop that this laptop was going to replace is faster than this laptop. I will definitely be returning this item as soon as I get outta work today!!!!

Excellent for the money

I have watched a few DIY utube videos on it. It was sufficiently fast and easy to use. I have sent I it’s in my fingutes and the keys and mouse have not give. Me any trouble. I don’t know how it will stand up for people who want to watch tv or for gaming etc but as for me it’s perfect as is and I have no complaints after three months.

If you are getting popup messages from the virus protection software, it means your 30-day trial has expired and your computer is exposed to potential viruses. If you do not want to use McAfee, uninstall the software before installing your choice of 3rd party virus protection software or before you turn on Windows Defender Software.
