This laptop works as advertised. Don't expect too much from it. This is mediocre at best. Sometimes freezes during installation even with nothing installed yet.

The Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop is an entry level, light use system with its Intel Pentium processor. It is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding programs. It is good for Microsoft Office and light internet browsing. If this describes your computing needs, the IdeaPad 330-15 would be a good choice. This configuration should not freeze. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

Attracted by the decent price, I’ll admit that I was warned of this laptop being a “functional user” oriented product. But I could never have guessed just how slow this machine runs. It struggles to run its own OS (Windows 10 Home), with the start menu taking several seconds to load after the windows key is pressed. Beyond one Edge tab OR one Office app open at the same time, this laptop pretty much bricks. I’m returning it and getting an actual laptop as soon as I can.

It has a very large screen and it picture is on the money, very clear. The keyboard seems well constructed. The case all this sits in seems rugged and not flimsy. I would buy another one for sure. The only issue I did notice is playing a DVD was I couldnt make it go to a complet whole screen, I am still playing with the setting on that. It has blue tooth and it connects very easy and fast. Also a hdmi port so it can be put on the big screen if you desire.
