I ordered an open box and the box was tampered with prior and someone took the charger. I called Best Buy and they were unable to help me because it was an open box. It was really disappointing that no one was able to help me. Anyway the computer is great . The service was poor .

I like this laptop because it also because its design is very lowkey and understated. Its perfect for taking to school or out and about without looking out of place like flashier "gaming" options at a similar price point

Excellent Display but Poor Battery Life!!!

Unfortunately, the battery life was extremely poor and the battery indicator was unreliable. I never knew when the device was going to shutdown on me when using it on-the-go. I returned the Lenovo Slim 7 and replaced it with the Galaxy Book3 360 2-n-1 which is perfect!

The Increased refresh rate and dedicated GPU allow me to play some light games and also do video editing and some 3d modeling. Overall satisfied with my purchase especially for an open box item.
