Solid workhorse laptop

I use mine for on the go media production and it offers a lot of screen for such a small package. The dedicated GPU is helpful for my work too, and it also lets me do some light AAA gaming on the go.

Took it to Best Buy because it should still be under warranty AND is covered with Best Buy Total. They said the hard drive is corrupt and forced us to buy a NEW hard drive. Ridiculous. DON’T BUY and now I feel that Best Buy Total is WORTHLESS. If my kid wasn’t so far away for college and was desperate to have their laptop back I would’ve demanded better than this.

Not too heavy but also not the lightest in the market. It arrived before expected which was a great plus! I purchased the open box and it came beautifully packet with the original box and all the accessories. Bestbuy does a great job selling open box products.

Frankly just as good as far as sound and picture go, memory and RAM are great as well. Missing a few of the fancier laptop upgrades as expected, and has an annoying pop-up add feature for a bunch of add-on crap you don't want that takes a couple weeks to silence all of them. Overall a quality laptop for work and school at a reasonable price.
