Solid for the price, good build quality, decent specs

Did what I needed it to do, I do wish I had bought something else but it’s alright.

This computer has done what I’ve needed it to do. However , having it less than a year it has started to not turn on. I don’t use it everyday. But even when it’s plugged in to charge, it doesn’t turn on for usually over 45 minutes. Very frustrating. Talked to a tech person I know personally and he has assured me this shouldn’t be happening. Will be reaching out to Best Buy to see what my options are to remedy this.

Good little laptop with 90hz screen good resolution to watch movies or videos. Battery okay. When put in battery saving mode speaker sounds weird and computers slow . So make sure you dont use powersaving mode speakers sound pretty good with full power clear. I would recommend especially when on sale .

This laptop is great for multitasking and everyday use. I'm a computer programmer and will also be using it for video editing. It can handle all of this. I was expecting the battery performance to be slightly better but the fast charging makes up for it (if you use it all day, you can expect 6-7 hours before you need to charge).

Almost a year out, very happy with purchase. Plays games like civ 6 without issue

working as expected, learning the OS had a bit of a learning curve for me. And just overall not a fan of the direction technology is heading but that is no fault of the device itself

[Employee of bestbuy] Screen is far too dim for a machine of these specs. The trackpad is awful as well. Fans would never stop spinning even while running lighter tasks and changing performance mode to prioritize battery life. Didn't even run the games I wanted to play that well. Battery life ranges from around 5-7 hours, which is fairly below average. Build quality and keyboard is great, but the trackpad is so low quality you almost must use a mouse for it to be useable. The only foreseeable benefit of this machine is how the price was not terrible. However, even as a general purpose laptop for web browsing/school/YouTube, the bad trackpad, fan noise, and mediocre battery life made me switch to Mac instead.

Love this. I am cheap, so i have had the same laptop since the early 00s. This one definitely gives me more bang for my buck.

The product is good, the processor and l graphics card for less than $750 is very good, the screen is good, the audio is regular. But what does not convince me completely is the trackpad is not that it is the worst but for a laptop that I will use daily I prefer an excellent trackpad I come from a MacBook Air 2017 and the trackpad of the latter is much better.

got this laptop brand new at retail price. then a flash deal happened and priced matched it. glad i got this for below retail. this is a great laptop. i already made money off of it since i use it at my main job to run my other businesses.

Solid laptop. Handles most everything I throw at it from gaming to engineering programs.

I’ve had this laptop for about a month and a half now and I have no complaints. I bought it to use for streaming/editing and it handles everything really well. It doesn’t get hot, it’s quiet, it’s everything I needed it to be.

Good laptop. Holding up in high school. No complaints.

Good Laptop. Not much to complain about, outside of the volume. Its kind of low but if you are not expecting to throw a small party just basing the music off your laptop with no additional speakers, You will be fine

excellent computer, the only issue that we´ve had after using it less than a year, is that the touch pad sometimes doesnt work - right and left buttons.

Slim and decent laptop, would recommend waiting for a sale.
