The biggest thing is the docking station that doubles as a speaker. It sounds great and the display is awesome when playing music.

The dock and alexa functionality when docked are absolutely outstanding. The doc was a little temperamental at times but make sure you do ALL the software updates.

Posted .Hi there, the Smart Tab M10 does not require the dock to be charged. Your device comes with a USB-c charging cable to charge the tablet out-of-dock.

The screen is vivid, battery life is good and the dock is a great added bonus. The Alexa features are pretty aggressive but that's it's intended purpose so I cant complain too much. There's some mild lag compared to something more high end but again, that's to be expected. I've had it for a month now and I'm very happy with it. Side note, if you get a case for it, it will not fit on the dock.

Posted .I'm glad you are enjoying the Lenovo Smart Tab. If you are experiencing slow performance, there are several things that can effect performance on an Android tablet. If there are several apps running at the same time, or apps running in the background can cause this type of effect. Speed/laggy performance can also be caused by the number of WiFi devices connected and the internet speed that you have as well.

I don't like the fact that the Alexa features are only accessible when docked. I also noticed that it is not compatible with the free Webroot subscription it came with. Maybe there is a tailored version of the software out there that can be downloaded.

Posted .We’re so happy to hear you are enjoying the Lenovo Smart Tab. You can access the Alexa features on your tablet, while undocked, by toggling over to Show Mode in the Android drop down menu. As for Webroot, it is available in the Android store, but it is not currently compatible with this device. It appears they are working to change that, but you would need to reach out to the Android store customer service. If there are several apps running at the same time, or apps running in the background, this can cause lagging or a slower speed. Also if there are large files on the tablet, this can slow them down too. You can always use a microSD card to store those larger files on to free up space.
