Purchased this for my wife as a gift, She loves it and plays games on it every day, And when I found it on another site for cheaper I called Best Buy and they matched the Price

Good tablet for the price. The Lenovo Tab M10 is a basic tablet not designed for games. The speaker/charging dock stopped working after a few months, but you can still charge the tablet directly to the outlet.

This tablet is not the elite of the group however the nice music stand it comes with makes it pleasantly to display. It is fairly sturdy but could use some improvements. Great for the use that I need however which is minimal.

Very good looking product and has great sound. The biggest issue I have is the marriage between Alexa and Android needs a lot of work. Not that user friendly if your using Alexa.

I do not know if this is a good product or not because I never got passed the lock screen. Being that this was an open box purchase, I knew it has been returned, but it came sealed with "Best Buy Inspected" tape. When I turned it on, it asked for the password to use from the previous user. After an hour spent looking for YouTube videos, and a lot of trial and error, I was finally able to force it to a factory reset. Unfortunately for my case, Google Android has a security feature that prevents theft so even after the factory reset it asked for the previous password or google account in order to proceed with the initial setup. After spending another hour looking for videos on how to bypass this, I was unable to get to any settings menu. I then spent an hour waiting last night, and another hour waiting this morning to reach support. After some basic troubleshooting my options were to contact Lenovo support or return it. Fortunately my local store has a new one, so I will have to spend more money then I planned to have a working device which completely defeats the purpose of an open box.

love the basic tablet, nice soundbar and embedded alexa. Bought for my mom and got a 2nd one for the work office space. Works great, great value n experience from BestBuy.

This unit would be so great if it didn't lag and freeze and crash all the time. Downloaded a music, grocery and TV app in addition to what was already pre-loaded. The speaker dock was excellent. That's about the only thing I liked and wanted to keep. Didn't want to return it but it just had major performance issues and all I bought this for was to keep me company in the kitchen while cooking and cleaning. Returned it and bought an iPAD.

I am still learning the capabilities of this tablet, but it suits my needs (email, internet searches, online purchases, etc...) very well. I love utilizing ALEXA.

i boight this for my boys to use for homeschool the only thing i dont really like os that ot doesnt hold a charge for a long time and whenever its docked it aitomatically turns to an alex screen.

This tablet has some very good features but I especially like the fact that Alexa is included. I already recommended it and the person loves it too.

Made this purchase for my grandmother to be able to video chat with us and it has been nice. I'm looking to get one for my aunt (her sister) next.

Don't buy this. The tablet itself is cheap, not very responsive. The speaker on the dock is decent. The tablet and the dock disconnect many time per day, and need to be paired again, which is super annoying. But the reason why I returned this and will never buy anything from Lenovo again is because this device serves up shady advertisements through a system app that the average user likely won't be able to disable.

I have used it wo watch movies and listen to music, while working. Used it to read, while having a break. Email works good on it for short emails. Worth the extra money to have the base.

Tablet works very well and has a strong WiFi antenna to pick up signals. I don’t care for the docking and wish there was an alternative charging option in case I didn’t want to dock it.

Purchased this for my grandson and the stand is a nice touch for studying and teacher conferences

I really like this tablet. I've spent many many hours reading pdfs and using it to stream music. The speaker sounds great too.

Has everything I need for a good basic tablet Pretty fast good graphics takes nice pictures And when on the stand sound is outstanding

Got the tablet for her but the changing feature that made her happy was the Alexa speaker. Great product. No complaints.

Video calling on whatsapp mic is not very good too much noice front camera very basic and system is slow

Speaker base is really nice for a desk. Sounds pretty good but not meant to replace a high end Bluetooth speaker.
