Tablet freezes and doesn't connect

Can't play games on it because it freezes and lags. Is very slow. Also has adds on the home screen called special features. I did not buy a tablet full of adds. It has all kinds of problems. Busy but will not help me with the issues ☹️

How can you sell something that can’t even open an application without freezing up. Do not buy this product. I wish I could get a refund. I kept it hoping an update would fix. Nope just got worse.

Posted .We're so happy you are enjoying the Lenovo Smart Tab for web surfing. As for the CD-drive, I don't believe there are any existing tablets on the market that have the ability to take CD's. What were you planning to use CD's for? There may be alternative options available, depending on what you wish to do. Most applications are available in the Google Play store for download, as well as music platforms. You can also expand any storage or save files to a microSD card.
