Good concept, epic failure

Today the tablet portion just quit working. Up until now it's been glitchy, but by spending 5-10 minutes reconnecting, powering off and on, reconnecting, it was more or less functional for a couple of months. At this point I'm left with an overpriced mediocre bluetooth speaker and a laggy underpowered tablet that is currently transforming into a paperweight/rectangular frisbee... Great idea, terrible product.

Frustrating WIFI connection

The WiFi is going to disconnect very often. Even the WIFI strength Is strong and all my devices are working properly. I am going to return this product. However, I am big fan of Lenovo. I wish Lenovo will improve its functionality in future and will take care the review given by previous user. It is my first review about any product. It is frustrated on working with smart device problem WIFI.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues connecting your Lenovo Smart Tab M10 Tablet to its Bluetooth Smart Dock. First, be sure the Android Operating System on the tablet is up to date. Here is a link to instructions for checking for updates: https://support.google.com/android/answer/7680439?hl=en. Once the updates have been installed, restart the tablet then test the Bluetooth connectivity with the dock to see if the problem has been fixed. If not, then try this: 1. Undock the Tablet from the DOCK. 2. Forget Previous connection or/and current Connection in Settings/Connected devices. 3. Swipe up from the bottom in launcher to Recent APP interface, Choose ‘Clear all’ in Recent APP. 4. Restart the tablet. 5. Dock the Tablet again (Do not set up dock by Alexa APP, Do not touch the ALEXA app and Notification popped from ALEXA anymore). Now test the Bluetooth connectivity again. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for Tablets at: 866-426-0911.

I called the geeks and they told me there was nothing they could do until stores re-opened. I can not give an hones review because I have not had a chance to use the tablet to try any of it's functions.

In the recovery menu use Volume button to select wipe data/factory reset option and use power button to confirm. The amazon stuff stopped working if you used the tablet and when you do it does not go back to Alexa. You habe to do that. Also if it goes into sleep mode it messes it all up. It defeats the purpose of having a voice enabled device
