We are sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with the headset fit on the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges.
Having the headset adjusted correctly should help with fit ,orientation and focus. The best way to adjust the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges headset is to: Place the unit on you face first with the top strap on your head. Adjust the two side straps first. Then adjust the top strap until the headset is at a good height and feels comfortable to you. lenovo

    Good, but hard to see

Bought the set yesterday and had to wait until this morning to play because of having to charge both the head set and saber. First thing I noticed is it seems to be too close, meaning with the impressive but limited field of view, you can't see the battle field in it's entirely when doing the game. I tried pushing the tracking beacon back further to see if that helped and it seemed to, but you will need a large room to play this.

The Star Wars Jedi Challenges is an interactive game, and you do need some room to move around
and play. For the best viewing experience we recommend that you play the game where there is no hard light. The tracking beacon should be placed several feet away from where you are. lenovo

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems setting up the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. Please make sure that you are using a compatible phone. It is very important that the phone you will be using for the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges is on the compatible list, otherwise the hologram images may not be as the developer intended. Please find the updated list of phones at jedichallenges.com/compatibility .Please make sure that the compatible phone is out of the headset when setting the system up for the first time. Then, when prompted insert the phone into the tray and then into the headset. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. If this does not work please contact our support team for a detailed troubleshooting guidance @ support.lenovo.com/jedichallenges Lenovo

First time using a VR like this. Lenovo is onto something great here. I felt this is a great experience. The only issue is charging head set, saber, and phone. When using the product, be sure to turn off notification, other wise they pop up during play. Otherwise this is a great product. I enjoy fighting. It’ll be nice when this goes online to fight with other players. Or fight with two people at the same time at home...

My phone is not on the official list, but I took a gamble and luckyily it paid off. Great game, the levels turned out much more challenging than I expected (which is good for hours of play but bad for my ego). It has a lot of content, and the lightsaber is display-piece worthy. I had a ton of trouble defeating the Seventh Sister, and actually had to get help from the Lenovo Jedi Challenges forum about how to defeat her.

I'm not a Star Wars geek per se, I mean I am a 29 year old man with a Lego millennium falcon, but I don't consider myself to be the most hardcore fan. That being said, as someone with general star wars knowledge this was a really cool and unexpected gift to get at our Church's white elephant gift exchange. I popped the headset on with my Galaxy 8 and whoosh, my lightsaber was beaming in front of me and ready to go. Ive fought droids, Darth Maul, and more so far. Yeeeah buddy it's been fun. I'm excited to show my little brother over Thanksgiving. Anyway, I really hope they do an Aladin version in the future, because I REALLY mess with Aladin.

This was something I read about about 2 months ago, received it in the mail the other day and was totally blown away by it! Easy set up high quality, the entire family has fun with it. Just hope Lenovo continues support of the product and brings new characters and games to the App. Keep up the good work.

My cousin is obsessed with Star Wars so I pre-ordered one for him to give from Santa.... but then I also got one for myself and it's pretty fun. Once you figure out the phone setup it's a really awesome game and way cooler than anything I've done on a Gear VR headset.

it is a ton of fun, but i constantly had to reset the lightsaber blade position and the battles and game host seemed to move where i had to keep turning in circles. i am not sure if i am doing something wrong, but that was my experience. it was a lot of fun though. the negatives do not outweigh the fun factor. i imagine its funny to watch someone playing as well

With the Lenovo Mirage AR headset on, try lining up the light saber between your eyes about 12 inches away, then press the black button on the light saber. This will align the blade position. This is an interactive game and you need to keep on the move to battle with "Darth Maul". lenovo

My son has had "VR headset" on his birthday list for a few weeks now, but I've been hesitant to pull the trigger because I don't like the idea of him going into a completely closed VR environment. But this headset is actually "augmented reality" so i can still look through the headset and see his eyes/face while he's playing. This gives me good piece of mind that he's not all alone looking at some screen, but I can also monitor the content he's looking at. That being said - the game was really fun! And we had a lot of fun passing the headset and light saber back and forth! I highly recommend it!

The mini games are fun, and the lightsaber duels remind me of the 90's "Star Wars Trilogy" arcade game. So far a really great experience, that I would recommend to any Star Wars fan. The only issues I've had, is noticing that the phone is very hot when I finish the session. So be careful of your phone overheating. I'm also having minor issues with calibrating the lightsaber to make the hilt on screen. But I'm hoping any updates to the app might fix the issues.

I bought this because my grandsons are such star wars fans and I wanted them to have fun when they visit. Of course, I had to try it out and I was awestruck! Granny IS a jedi! Needless to say, myself, my children and my grandchildren all had a blast on thanksgiving. Although it is suggested for 13 and up, my 5 - 7 year old grandsons loved it.

A blast to play. I loved it from the experience of opening the box to dueling droids. I'm not in love with how the lightsaber turns in a weird angle sometimes and gets stuck. Overall it's a blast to play and I highly recommend. I've definitely gotten really into it. It's easy to lose track of where you are in real life of course I know my living room well Sooooo I didn't break anything.

I really enjoyed this product, I think it's really unique that you can actually use a light saber in AR, what a cool idea. In the future I'd love to see more games supported on this headset. I've completed about half the levels so far, it's really fun, so hopefully there's more accessories I can buy soon!
