My wife drove two hours to get it as a Christmas present for me. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a nice-looking, lightweight brick. We learned the hard way that when an Android device is wiped clean with a factory reset, it becomes "FRP (factory reset protocol)" locked and cannot be started by anyone unless they know the previous Google account and password. To their credit, BestBuy did take it back and give us a refund. So be sure to try starting any used Android device before completing a purchase.
