Disappointed With Sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I agree with other reviewers on the slow start upon powering on/rebooting and the slow response to load pages when searching on the internet. I can accept those cons for the price I paid for the Lenovo Tab 4. I cannot, however, accept that only after a month of use the sound on the tablet started to have a mind of its own - it likes to think at random that headphones are plugged in and so, cutting off sound on and off or drops the sound entirely because it stops the video or music playing on it. Sadly, it is too late for me to ask for a refund because this tablet cannot perform a basic function.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback.There are several things that can effect speed on an Android tablet. If there are several apps running at the same time or apps running in the background, this can cause a slower speed. Also if there are large files on the tablet, this can slow them down too. This tablet has a Micro SD card slot that will allow you to move any large files to with a Micro SD card. This tablet supports up to a 128 GB card, and we recommend using FAT and exFAT cards. (not included). Speed is also directly connected to the "Internet speed" that you have as well. You may want to check with your internet provider to see what speed you are getting. Also if you have multiple WiFi devices running at the same time this can also affect your internet speed and the ability to keep connected. We are not aware of any running problems with the audio on this tablet.

Restarted, no change. Never dropped it, etc., so I sent it back. PROBABLY a quality control issue. No time for dat. I will wait a month and get a new Samsung tablet.

It’s ok for a simple tablet

Slow processor

Even typing in a password takes seconds to hit the letters in the keyboard. An arrow cursor appears everytime you type in the keyboard. When an arrow cursor appears it takes time to type or key in a password can't hit a letter in the keyboard.

If there are several apps running at the same time or apps running in the background this can cause a slower speed. Also if there are large files on the tablet this can slow them down too. This tablet has a Micro SD card slot that will allow you to move any large files to with a Micro SD card. (not included). Speed is also directly connected to the "Internet speed" that you have as well.

Posted .Thank you for your purchase of the Tab 4, 10.1",it should take 5-7 hours to fully charge. Then you should get a Standby Time : Over 2 Weeks, Video (720p),Playback Time : Over 10 Hours, Browsing Time : WiFi : Over 12 Hours, and for General Usage : 20 Hours.

I was prepared to love this tablet but I can't deal with the horrible touchscreen anymore! I literally have to punch a button to get a response & even doing that sometimes I have to punch it repeatedly. Unlike another reviewer mine is not getting better it's getting worse. Don't make the mistake I did & think "well not THAT many people complained about the touchscreen" and buy it anyway. BIG MISTAKE! I'm hoping to return it & I'll never buy another Lenovo tablet again!
