    nothing but trouble (I assume I got a lemon) ......the computer would not turn on or off at first... then software would not open... when I took it back to Best Buy (I forgot the charger at home) they said they would refund me.... when I returned with the charger the story changed... they said the issue was with McAfee (a software that was pre-loaded) they deleted the McAfee and told me to purchase new anti virus software - but would not allow me to return the defective computer... I was told I can bring it back anytime during the first year warranty (I live 20 miles away)...... it is a sometime "working" computer -
