Worked fine until it stopped working

I will return to Best Buy tomorrow in hope of getting some answers. That said, I liked the Lenovo's touchscreen and speed. I had a little trouble getting used to a smaller keyboard but eventually did. But I'm disappointed that the two in one has suddenly died.
