I really like this product. It works fast and well. I love how it is multifunctional with how it can flip around and the tough screen is okay.

Not the best, my wife loves this. Boot up fast, picture is not as good as I thought, I could have taken the 13 inches wigh higher resolution.

i wasnt a fan of this laptop 2 in 1. I might try i5 bc this one was slow and kept wanting to reboot.

Slow responses and often tabs between activities. I purchased an external keyboard and mouse because the touch sensor is horrible.

I have been happy with the laptop for home use. Use it mostly to check email and surf the internet.

A little heavy on the bloatware but that was fixed quick enough. Love the resolution though it does affect battery life. This model is not the latest model, but the price difference makes this a better value. Totally happy with this purchase.

We bought this laptop for our son to use for school work. It's perfect! Perfect size, weight, and battery life. His school is almost completely virtual, and this laptop is perfect for his every day needs. I would highly recommend this item.

I basically bought this laptop to install sas and microsoft office and use the laptop to write my scientific manuscripts. Installing these softwares on this computer has been a nighmarish experience.the laptop needs to be updated quite frequently and takes a long time to update. the laptop has too many stupid apps that came preinstalled..

Within couple weeks of purchase touch pad failed to function. Followed advice of Geek Squad to install mouse instead as hardware problem could be time-consuming and inconvenient to have repaired. Computer loaded with software unrelated to MS 8 that is very annoying to have to maneauver around. The computer has difficulty in holding to home router Wi-Fi, requiring frequent shut-downs and startups to get access/reaccess to internet. I wish that I could trade-in for another make.

It comes loaded with so many programs and apps running that it runs very slowly. To prevent it from bogging down much has to be removed.

Laptop is very user friendly for both work and home.
