    it kept losing internet connection every couple of half hour to hour, with the internet connection being kind of slow. It would also overheat fast after over an hour as well. the touchpad is too finicky and it kept zooming in all the time. I don't think I will ever buy this brand again.

    Within a week of purchase, I returned it to the store and purchased a Mac Laptop. Maybe if a person had previously purchased a Lenovo Laptop, they probably would have been able to figure out the functions easier then I could. I also kept having a problem with the mouse control.

    The USB 3.0 cannot be used, And seems impossible to get fixed by a normal user. The wifi is very slow. Te overall performance is not very good.
