    Quit after 1 month

    This laptop quit working (no power) after 1 month of use. When attempting to get warranty service I discovered that the serial number label on the bottom was blurred and illegible. Not worth the $600 I paid for it (it was less than $500 a month later)

    Bloatware has viruses!

    I purchased this device from Best Buy, but it was infected when I bought it, and the Mcafee which came with the device could not remove all of the viruses. I'm so disappointed.

    Yoga 2 - Not Consistent

    The laptop was fine for a year. Right after that? The device was always having a hard time connecting to the wi-fi. Then, the laptop had to be restarted every time I changed to a different wi-fi. And now, it freezes every day. Plus, performance is slow when the laptop is not frozen. My Lenovo Yoga 2 is about a year and a half. Its cute to look at and versatile, but not dependable for long time use.

Since the Yoga 2-11 was working fine for about a year, it sounds like there might have been a Windows 10 automatic update that is conflicting with older drivers. There may be driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well.     I bought this about 10 months ago and right from the beginning it just never worked. I probably had to get it fixed more times than I was able to use it.

    Lenovo doesn't stock parts for this. Been waiting 6 months for a replacement screen. Still out of stock

    Died in 20 minutes!

    We purchased this item for our college student. As he was working to set everything up, it completely died within 20 minutes of taking it out of the box! No light in the charging plug, nothing. Dead as a doorknob. Upon further research on review sites outside of Best Buy, we found numerous reports of the same problem. A call to tech support did nothing - they wanted us to open up the machine to look at something! When asked if that would void our warranty, the reply was "I don't believe so." ha! We packaged everything back up and returned it to Best Buy the same night! We were fortunate it died as quickly as it did so we weren't stuck with it. Replaced it with an Apple MacBook Air which we should have gotten in the first place. Do not buy this model!

    I bought this laptop a week ago and within the first hour of using it, it had already been showing problems. The volume was fluctuating without me even touching it and once I started to really use the computer, I could no longer see the mouse. I could only use the touch screen to get around. I was so excited because this was my very first laptop but I was extremely disappointed in its quality. Needless to say, I returned it the same day that I got it.

    An Old Product But...

    In the warrantee period this has went in for service twice for hard drive and corruption issues. Now after the warrantee it's totally dead and won't even boot from a live UEFI USB drive. This was a total waste of money, it was used maybe 3 months total and coincidentally the 2nd of 2 Lenovo laptops I've purchased that had a hard drive failure.

    Crashes frequently

    I have only had my computer for 3 months and now it is crashing on a daily basis. Often it crashes the Firefox or completely turns blue screen and shuts down. Also gets very hot. Rather disappointed with this purchase.
