Quit after 1 month

When attempting to get warranty service I discovered that the serial number label on the bottom was blurred and illegible. Not worth the $600 I paid for it (it was less than $500 a month later)

Bloatware has viruses!

Yoga 2 - Not Consistent

The device was always having a hard time connecting to the wi-fi. Then, the laptop had to be restarted every time I changed to a different wi-fi. And now, it freezes every day. Plus, performance is slow when the laptop is not frozen. My Lenovo Yoga 2 is about a year and a half. Its cute to look at and versatile, but not dependable for long time use.

Since the Yoga 2-11 was working fine for about a year, it sounds like there might have been a Windows 10 automatic update that is conflicting with older drivers. There may be driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. Horrible

Died in 20 minutes!

As he was working to set everything up, it completely died within 20 minutes of taking it out of the box! No light in the charging plug, nothing. Dead as a doorknob. Upon further research on review sites outside of Best Buy, we found numerous reports of the same problem. A call to tech support did nothing - they wanted us to open up the machine to look at something! When asked if that would void our warranty, the reply was "I don't believe so." ha! We packaged everything back up and returned it to Best Buy the same night! We were fortunate it died as quickly as it did so we weren't stuck with it. Replaced it with an Apple MacBook Air which we should have gotten in the first place. Do not buy this model!

Terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop a week ago and within the first hour of using it, it had already been showing problems. The volume was fluctuating without me even touching it and once I started to really use the computer, I could no longer see the mouse. I could only use the touch screen to get around. I was so excited because this was my very first laptop but I was extremely disappointed in its quality. Needless to say, I returned it the same day that I got it.

An Old Product But...

Now after the warrantee it's totally dead and won't even boot from a live UEFI USB drive. This was a total waste of money, it was used maybe 3 months total and coincidentally the 2nd of 2 Lenovo laptops I've purchased that had a hard drive failure.

Crashes frequently

Often it crashes the Firefox or completely turns blue screen and shuts down. Also gets very hot. Rather disappointed with this purchase.
