Other than a loose screen to top cover the computer has work flawlessly since new. Buying an updated version has been one surprise after another. It is extremely fast both on start up and while using it. Windows 11 is easy to use and the tutorials available are great. The convertible top to a tablet layout is a nice convenience that I've enjoyed immensely.

Nice for home office, numeric keypad, touch screen

The only thing is that the inclusion of a numeric keypad squeezes the available space. That means that I frequently hit the Num Lock key instead of Backspace while typing. If your hands or fingers are large, take that into consideration. Otherwise, I enjoy all the features and think that the price was great.

Great Laptop for the price

Some thing was spilled on it and was a little hesitant to buy it but took a chance as it was close to $100 off for open box. Turns out my gamble was correct. Loved the 10 key. Only thing I don't like about this product is the up and down arrows are too small. Most laptop are going this route with small up and own arrows which I don't like at all but oh well. Haven't had an issues with battery life. Display is bright enough in my office. Not sure if it works good outside on a sunny day.
