This computer is an android based computer. It doesn't support apple iOS therefore I can only download android apps. Pretty much useless since I have an iPhone and iPad.

This is the worst laptop I have ever used I wouldn't trade this back in from my old one which was 15 years older than this it worked a better on every way this can't even transfer the most simple files or run the most simple games It also has the worst battery life you could imagine it can be completely charged and if you close it don't use it and leave it alone for 8 hours it will be almost dead again

Laptop was fine until screen started to flicker. Poor QC on these models from Lenovo. Had purchased Premium Care so called their support line and they set up a technician to come to my house to repair the display. While working on the display, the Lenovo technician broke the screen completely and told me to call Lenovo to figure out what to do. I called Lenovo Premium Care again, explained what had happened, and they told me the laptop would have to be sent in to their Depot Repair facility. Once they received the laptop at the repair facility they sent me a bill to pay for the damages that their technician caused. Since then, I have called back many times each time being assured by their Premium Care department that they would take care of the issue and each time they never did anything. Now it has become an issue where I can either pay to repair the damage that they caused themselves or live with a broken and unusable laptop. Will not buy Lenovo again because of terrible support and poor quality lower tier products.

Do not bother investing in this laptop. Everything was working fine the first month of use but then the audio input stopped working. I tried numerous troubleshooting methods and customer support. I called both best buy and lenovo for technical support and a refund. Best Buy won't take back the product because its past 15 days and Lenovo won't help since I didn't purchase the product directly from them. I use this computer for gaming, calling friends and family, therapy, and school classes. My 200 dollar HP Note Book I've been using for 10 YEARS is more reliable than this piece of junk. I am so upset I am stuck with this computer and that customer support has been unhelpful. I will never be shopping Lenovo again, and my loyalty to Best Buy is shakey at best right now. Get a Dell, save yourself the trouble.
