Great computer for travel

If I was going to make it my full time stationary computer however, I would buy an external keyboard because the keyboard on it is too close together and the up arrow is where the shift key should be

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

good computer for many used

I have used macs for over 10 years but more of my business applications were not functioning properly with Mac OS. I am pleasantly surprised how well this computer operates. More bells and whistles than I need and still learning the windows 10.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Very fast, fluid, and elegant for a great price

The 7th gen core i5 chip is definitely enough for heavy computer tasks and you won't need a core i7 that's for sure unless you do tasks that involve the processor to always be working really hard. It also boots up in like 4 seconds.
