I really like the size and keys on the computer. Easily converts to a tablet. I have watched several movies on it. The screen goes to the edges of the computer making it a larger screen size.

My previous computer was too small. I needed more memory, and I got it with the Lenovo . I did come down with some sort of malware which locked the screen. Fortunately, I have Geek Squad protection. They had me back up and running in no time.

My wife purchased to use in her graduate studies. She want d something lightweight to carry. So far it is workjng well. Her only concerns is where right shift key is located she has small hands and it's difficult to reach. Otherwise it's great

MY FIRST LAPTOP AFTER USING DESKTOP & 10.1 TABLETS, A BIT OF LEARNING CURVE BUT A REAL NICE LAPTOP SO FAR. IT'S A CERTIFIED REFURB. SO ONLY LAPTOP AND CHARGE CORD MORE INFO WOULD HELP.

I bought this after my HP took a drive off the back of my vehicle. What a blessing. Much better overall machine than the HP. Love the SSD. Almost zero boot time. A little more money than the comparable HP or Dell but you get what you pay for.

I will continue to express my discontent with Best Buy customer service in all my reviews. The product is great. It just that service they provide over the phone. Terrible! Unacceptable.

The computer has operated extremely well so far and is performing as expected. Quick start up and performance has been awesome. Keyboard shift key next to other keys has been a problem.

Love it! read a lot of review and history of the fan problem with the previous model of this computer. No problems now (bought December 2016 with 7th gen processor). Couldn't find another descent slim profile computer in this price range!

I am really loving my new laptop. It did take me awhile to become familiar with Windows 10, but now that I understand it, I am loving it. The computer starts right away - no waiting forever for background processes to be completed. :)

After 8 months using this laptop, I haven't had any issue so far. The only cons about this laptop is its battery that it drains too fast. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

So far we really like this 2 in 1 laptop. Runs seamlessly while using multiple applications. No real issues with it at all. The left button on the touch pad/mouse does require some effort. But overall very satisfied with our purchase.

Helpful staff! They took our time because my son had a hard time deciding on which computer he wanted. It was a Christmas present. And he loved it. I enjoy shopping at Best Buy.

At first I wasn't too sure on whether or not I would enjoy this product but as I begun to use it, it turned out to be great. Only iffy thing about it is the keyboard is a little weird other than that, it's quick and easy to use.

I love the display but I HATE, HATE the keyboard. I will end up purchasing either a used or new an external keyboard. It is better for traveling than my old, heavier laptop.

Unlike many reviews of how noisy the fan is I have not even heard any noise from the fan. It is very cool, does not get hot. So far am very satisfied with my Lenovo computer.

This Lenovo has been great. We use it everyday in our medical office for electronic documentation. After buying it, we now only buy Lenovos for he rest of our staff.

I'm not one to care about all the bells a whistles. I needed something I could use for work as far as video chat and downloading some software. I like the convenience that it fully flips over so you can use it as a tablet.

This is exactly what I needed. It is lightweight, so easy to move around and put on my lap while I am sitting down. It is a great machine for reading email, browsing the internet. Long battery life. Glad I bought it.

It is exactly what they say, all the characteristics are true. I am very Happy with my purchase. It is very reliable and can be compared with some other expensive ones and the price much less than what it offers

The product is great, but the warranty is not good, because, same I pay plus to have warranty all the word (Brazil), I don`t have it, the product don`t have warranty all the world, do not have attendance in Brazil.
