I picked this gift up for my brother best gift ever. We picked it up on Black Friday it was a quick stop in and out. We even had help picking it out by a representative.

The features allow you to perform all the functions of a bigger laptop and more. I really like the size and ease of use.

this is my 2nd yoga pro. these are the best laptops around. I have a core i7 and this core i5 they are both just amazing. my i7 from 2015 still beats newer machines!

This laptop has been great so far. It is very responsive and handles multiple applications well. It's not too heavy either. Screen is a perfect size for multitasking.

I am satisfied with the product it works as expected only complaint the keyboard that sometimes is a bit uncomfortable

Purchased for my daughter for her B-day. She likes it and finds it to be adequate for her use as a high school student.

Love this computer. Tablet use is a great feature and the feel of the keys are wonderful. Made a great choice and the salesman was a great help in my selection.

The laptop is "supposed" to be very good, however, I had to return several pieces because the laptop had issues with Kaspersky antivirus which was supplied free with purchase (laptop used to crash), and some pieces did show annoying "dots" on screen which were related to a poor quality touch sensitive digitizer. On one occasion, I had to return laptop as prices fell on black friday, and Bestbuy does not price match black friday prices. As discussed with customer care, I was asked to "refuse" shipment which came from ontrac courier. The laptop sat in ontrac warehouse due to an "authorization to ship back" issue between Bestbuy and ontrac. My credit card was charged and showed a balance for few weeks, I called Best buy customer care and they did nothing, except blaming credit card company for the charge. Ultimately when I disputed the charge via credit card company, Bestbuy woke up and completed my return and refunded the money. Very bad experience with Bestbuy. Apparently some other online merchants are better than Bestbuy, I would first see if same product is available with them first.

It is very sleek, light weight and efficient. SSD makes lot of difference. But con is, it doesn’t have Ethernet port and normal hdmi. Has mini hdmi

This laptop has a amazing screen, solid keyboard. Only drawback is for a small laptop, it seems excessivly heavy.

Good that it was backlit. Returned this and went with the 11" version instead despite it not being backlit

I was able to get started right away with the new laptop. The screen is nice to work on. Graphics are amazing. Love everything about this computer.

Works great...easy to use once I get it open. I have arthritis and it is difficult to open up the computer.
