Posted .There is a new BIOS update that may help this issue. Follow the link below to look for new BIOS driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

Not the case with this machine - the sound would not work - downloaded drivers 3 times and kept getting corrupted and would not work the next day. Then the computer ran out of battery power and could not be restarted. Not an issue with the battery cable but something with the computer! Had to take back to Best Buy and it was going to take a minimum of 2 weeks for return to manufacturer to figure it out. No thank you - I was able to return the thing and get something else. Geek Squad and Best Buy were both great to work with but I would stay away from this computer!
