Great Personal Computer

I use it for typical home use like pay bills, review emails, check out websites, and use applications surrounding family needs (Microsoft 360, Adobe Cloud, etc). Nothing heavy. I don't use it for anything that may push the processing or storage (memory) as we typically save our files to the cloud or download unnecessary software as this is a family laptop that we can travel with. Again, great family laptop.

It came in quite a bit cheaper than most other 2in1 laptops with similar features/hardware. It runs and boots quickly, I have had no problems with lag or anything else. The only criticism that I have is with the screen. While it is excellent as far as clarity/picture quality, it does seem to have quite a bit of glare in brightly lighted areas. This is a small and occasional inconvenience.

But, I am very happy with the speed for everyday office work. The size of the device was a primary feature for purchase. Great for travel and presentations.

He wanted something smaller to place in his backpack and fit easily on a desk. So far so good, with no complaints. I didn't give it 5 stars because he has only had it for about a month. Still need more time before I would say its a solid 5.

I think the computer is very nice and will get the job done for what I need it for. I do wish it had more than 1 USB port.

Drawback is that microsoft has turned the device into a marketing/ spam channel so you feel you do not own it 100% with all of the interference and unsolicited messages begging you to use other microsoft software, apps, etcetra

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 720-12. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window. Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up.
