Q: Does this have a backlit keyboard?
A: Image is different than actual product. The 12.5” model does not have backlight.
Q: Can you upgrade the SSD from 128 to 256GB?
A: No, this system is not upgradable.

Q: what is the OS in this model?
A: This system ships with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system.
Q: How long does the battery stay charged?
A: At most 4-5 hours with lowest brightness and with just a browser working, no other applications.
A: The USB-c port on this model has a video signal. You can use a USB-c to HDMI adapter to connect to an external monitor with an HDMI connector.
A: We use the Wacom bamboo ink smart stylus and it's pretty responsive. We also have an ipad with the Apple pen and I think the Wacom pen is actually better feeling in your hand and it's responsiveness. It works on tiny AAAA batteries, so there's no recharging it, but you can always carry a spare if needed.
Q: Would a Surface Pen be compatible with this computer?
A: No, this model is not compatible with the Microsoft pen.
