One thing I hate about electronic devices is loud fans and this one is loud. At first, the fan was really loud during an update so I let it go. After updating, I used youtube and the fan just started going off. It sounds like a mini vacuum. Pretty disappointed since I used a Lenovo laptop for years and never had any issues so this was a major let down to me.

It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal.

There does seem to be an issue with the screen having to do with the hinge but once they repaired it we haven't had any further issues.

I was interested in the surface pro and yoga. Both were the size that I wanted and awesome processors. I purchased this laptop in 2018. The only problem that I had was that the cursor would just disappear and I would have to restart the whole thing. Overall great computer.

Great computer for money spent

This product was on sale when I made the purchase so it was an excellent buy considering the chip, solid state drive, brand and flexibility of the 2 in 1 tablet and laptop function.
