Mostly a good experience

Spent 3 hours on the phone with Lenovo's technical group Quantum and had to spend $150 for higher level technical support to clean up spam and pop ups. This is terrible since the laptop is only 3 weeks old.

The last time I have purchased a computer and or laptop has been 7 years. The sales associate who helped me was very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time going over the ins and outs and pros and cons. I told him what I needed a laptop for . And he came threw. I am very happy with this system and the customer service i received
