Seems like it should have come with the best ones if this is a common problem. Now it is great.

You can keep the drivers as well as all of the Operating System software up to date and keep your computer running at its best, by scanning the computer regularly with the Lenovo Utility software installed on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help. Staff was extremely helpful and I was able to select the perfect computer for me. I love this little computer!!! It is fast and just perfect for my needs. I use it for all kinds of things from using Microsoft Office to social media to managing accounts. I only wish I had done it sooner as I had been struggling with my old laptop. This is so much better. It's also my first Lenovo and I'm extremely impressed!

Great School laptop

Overall we bought this for college classes and for my niece and nephew to play minecraft and it performs all of these functions well.

This model ships with a 4CELL 48WH, Lithium Polymer battery, with a battery life of up to 10.5 hours depending on the work that the device is performing. To maximize battery life, first adjust your battery saver settings. I have traveled across the country with it several times and love how light it is when carrying it through the airport. The 13.3 inch screen and full size key board make it a very functional work computer. When I’m not traveling I do connect it to a larger monitor and a wireless keyboard and mouse. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it.

The keyboard is very responsive as is the touch screen which I enjoy very much. Members of my family use this laptop also and their comments have been very favorable about their usage. I like the size easy to fit into my messenger bag. I remember carrying some of my old laptops almost got to a bend in my shoulder. This is nice light and easy to use.

Easy to use

The only downside is no SD card reader, so I had to buy the additional adapter for it. Also, speakers are located on the bottom of the laptop which is kind of weird, but those at just minor details in comparison for what I use it for. It would also be nice if there were covers or skins for it, which I"ve yet to find, including on amazon or the company itself.

The only cons I have are: 1). There is no notch on the top to help open, so you must use two hands. 2). The right shift button is slight lower than most keyboards, which caused me to hit enter instead. I’m a touch typist, so I found this very annoying at first, but have gotten used to it now. All in all I really like this laptop and am happy with my purchase.

The laptop is lightweight and compact but still has what feels like a full keyboard. I've had this for about 2 weeks now and haven't found anything I don't like yet. Love the touch screen and how it converts to operate as a tablet. Love the feel of the keyboard and the back lighting too!
