Great Laptop Overall

It is fast, very portable, and looks sleek. Granted, I am a laptop user that really only does basic tasks, but so far, so good!

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 730-13. This system comes with Lenovo Utility software installed that can help you diagnose and repair many issues. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Lenovo Needs Quality Control

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This system was purchased for a customer of mine and when I was loading all the updates the screen flickered on me a few times and I thought it might be doing a update to the video card driver or something in the background and thought nothing of it. A day later or so, I turned it on and it flickered right on start up. I then googled Lenovo Yoga 730 and found a ton of people having this issue and it is a known issue for this model. As it sounds, The video cable is too tight inside the system, and you need to send it in for repair and Lenovo will fix it. It doesn't happen on all of them but a lot of them from what I am reading. Why they aren't recalling this is a great question and a question I would love to know. This system is not cheap and you should not have problems right out of the box or known issues that haven't been fixed as they make more and more of these.

This is a very powerful and battery long lasting laptop but very lightweight. The touch screen also responds very fast. Honestly, I highly recommend it.

Decided to go low $$ risk and get an open box unit. Was not disappointed in any way. Online reviews point to display issues after a couple of years if you keep flipping the screen but its way too early for me to comment on that. Unit is refurbished but there's no way to tell that. No physical marks, scratches etc. Performance is perfect. I use it as a tablet occasionally but I really need it as a standard laptop. Great screen in terms of size and brightness. Keyboard is well designed, keys are very responsive. Startup is fast as expected with SSD and 8GB RAM is more than enough for what I need.

Thank you Best Buy! The product itself has YET to give me any issues, a fact I hold close to my heart because with a touch screen laptop so much could go wrong! Awesome computer overall. Perfect for College Students

The size is great for travel and I love that you can write on notes through the Ink Workspace addition. The only downfalls of this laptop are it tends to get overheated rather quickly (due to the location of the vents) and a few software issues regarding the File Explorer, which were easily fixed.
