Good Laptop for the Price

I love the 2 and 1 capabilities and think the tablet mode is great for reading articles and ebooks. My main issues with this computer is that I have a hard time connecting to WiFi in public places and that the battery life is very short.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with WiFi connections with your Yoga 730-13. This device uses 5G 802.11AC WiFi receivers, the fastest available and most current frequency. You can check to be sure you have the latest drivers available for your device by using the Lenovo Utility software installed on the device. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. Concerning battery life on the Yoga 730-13, this model ships with a 4CELL 48WH, Lithium Polymer battery, with up to a 10.5 hour battery life, depending on the work that the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, be sure there are no unwanted programs running in the background, draining the battery. Perfect student Laptop and great advancements

The laptop is surprisingly fast (Windows 10 is not my Fav but that is not an issue). I love the visuals, and the adjustable screen is really very easy and a LOT more useful than I first imagined. Don't think of this as an expensive tablet...this is an excellent computer that happens to be perfectly adaptable. 5 Stars is not saying this is the most powerful or the fastest or even the best brand. I gave this 5 stars because for what was advertised it beats and because I feel it changes the game now, I will never get another laptop that does not have the adjustable screen!

This configuration can handle many of today's most demanding programs and is good with multi-tasking, all in a configuration that weighs just 2.62 lbs. and measures 0.6" thin . If this describes the kind of computing you do, the Lenovo IdeaPad 330s-15 will be a great choice for you.

We needed a dedicated computer for home office duties during the pandemic, and selected this after examining multiple options. We're happy with the result. No heavy computing, but communicating with office server seamlessly.

The aluminum chassis feels solid and it is very lightweight. It probably weighs the same as a tablet holding in my hands. Very quick laptop to use browsing internet, websites and such. It has three ways to login. By fingerprint, password or a pin number. Which brings about the only thing i dislike about the laptop. I dislike the fact that you can just put in the password and it automatically logs in by itself. It makes it easier for someone to guess your PIN or password since it automatically logs in without having to press enter.

Does not have offline games available. You must either sign up on line, endure ads or download offline versions. Working on adjusting a few other features that I don't consider optimal yet.
