Got it as an open box for almost 200$ off the MSRP(great deal for the specs). So far I like it, the screen could be brighter and the battery life could be better but it's more portable than my mid size desktop tower. The 8th gen i5 is pretty solid, 8gb of soldered down ram is a little annoying, but at least the storage is upgradable. I enjoy the two thunderbolt 3 ports/the one USB A 3.1 port. I was using a protable SSD that was supposed to get 500ish Mbps it was getting 1.5 gbps so that was nice took a few minutes to transfer 80gbs of data. Overall I do like the computer the portability to preformance is pretty solid for all intents and purposes.

My wife had a very old PC (2010) that was updated to Windows 7 but finally on its last legs. She wanted a classic laptop with good performance, but also wanted the flexibility to use it as a tablet from time to time. This computer satisfies this need perfectly - a very capable laptop with excellent performance / response time, lots of memory and good display and keyboard feel. And the ability to swing the display 360 degrees to form a pretty good tablet is pretty impressive. This machine of course uses Windows 10, the latest, and that in itself takes some getting used to. And need an effective Word / Excel / Email app to add to the purchase (we chose MS Office but at a price!). Both the OS and Office seem much too complicated compared to the earlier incarnations - but not the fault of Lenovo. The new touchpads being produced also are different - no left and right buttons, instead included in the touchpad - takes some getting used to. I do find that the touchpad seems a bit too sensitive and too easy to initiate a click without wanting to - haven't yet figured out how to defeat this yet. This is a very lightweight machine for being a convertible laptop/tablet. Also, very good battery life (about 10 hours advertised). In summary, a great little laptop/tablet combo. Can't go wrong with Lenovo for design and quality.

I got this lil guy on sale because it was returned and lightly used. I have had no problems, its super nice to be able to use the touch screen all the time, even out of tablet mode. I find myself tapping other computer screens realizing they aren't touch. I bought it for the SSD and core, and its a well paced laptop. I wish it was a few inches bigger, but I couldn't beat the price/quality combo. I never hear anything bad about Lenovos, pros use them all the time. Everyone either compliments it or says they have one too and love it, i fully recommend it to anyone with high speed needs or processing, otherwise it could be a waste of money.

Bought this laptop along with a Bamboo pen for my daughter's college freshman year. She absolutely loves the size/portability, flexibility to use it as a tablet, great battery life, prefers the pen over a mouse, and has been taking notes right on her electronic copies of required reading/study materials. I may pick up a second one for myself.

After my old Laptop's Hard Drive went out, instead of repairing it, it was time for a new Laptop. I purchased this laptop and I have been loving it ever since! I have not had any problems with it and it is very fast. It also a 13.3-inch screen so it's the perfect size for me. The 2-in-, lightweight, and touch screen makes it better.

This computer was great. Nice design, lightweight, fast and didn’t make noise like the hp 360 13.3in however 3 weeks after my purchase the screen started flickering. Geek squad took it in for 1.5 weeks to fix it and added a screw to the hinge to stop the flickering. Geek squad was aware of the issue since so many customers have had this happened. I would have returned the computer but the return policy was up. Hate to fix a new computer rather than have it work well as it should.

This computer works and looks great. The keyboard feels nice and the battery lasts pretty long. The black bar on the bottom of the screen kinda bothers me but I feel like that is a minor issue. The specs were higher than that of one on the Lenovo website that cost more so it was an easy decision for me to purchase.

Love it. Super portable, yet does everything I need it to. I would have liked the screen a bit bigger but my ultimate goal was something small (can’t have both). It’s very fast and manageable. I don’t do anything too tech crazy on it, but school work. So, I can’t say it’s useful for anything besides basic things.

This 2-1 laptop is good enough for student like my daughter. Though it has i5 core CPU, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD HDD, it is sufficient to perform better and handle the load. The only drawback is the sturdiness of keyboard keys. My daughter was just typing normally then one of the keys popped up a bit and loose connection to the keyboard. Not sure if it was a manufacturing flaws but, since it is not more than a month old, Best Buy replaced it with a new one. Now, it is being use by my daughter who is in college. I hope everything will be good on this product moving forward.

Needed a new computer and had a hard time deciding between a pc, mac or chromebook. Found this guy as an open box and decided to try it out. Glad I did. I mainly use it for internet and it's speedy small and decent battery life. Overall very happy. Don't be afraid to tryout the open boxes. You can get a great deal!

This computer provides good versatility and speed for a high school student, and is easily capable of running whatever programs they need for their classes. The smaller size also makes it ideal for hauling to and from school in a back pack every day.

So I just bought this laptop two weeks ago and its been working very well. Their are times when the fingerprint scanner doesn't recognize my fingerprint but its a minor issue. The battery lasts about 6 hours on heavy use like streaming Netflix and gaming but lasts longer if your just browsing the web. I got this laptop for some engineering courses I have coming up so I look forward to seeing how it performs. However right now its a solid laptop, touch screen is responsive and the laptop is fast. Tablet mode is great if your on Netflix or just playing some games.

I purchased this laptop for use in teaching online college courses. I'm very happy that I went with the Lenovo Yoga 730. I like the 13" screen and light weight, which make this very portable. The processor is more than fast enough for my uses, and it has performed flawlessly. The only dislikes I can mention involve the USB-C ports which are somewhat useless to me (I'd rather have additional USB standard ports); and the fact that the speakers are poorly executed (they sound muffled, tinny and the volume is nowhere near loud enough for me to hear very much).

I purchased this device for college when it was on sale and so far, I have no complaints! Battery is great, decent amount of storage, start up time is quick (because of the solid state drive) and the touch screen is responsive. Really awesome device for the price! It fit perfectly into my budget.

Bought Lenovo yoga 730 in may 2018, the screen started flickering after 5 months off and on, finally took to best buy they repaired it, but started flickering again. Since it has passed 1 year called lenovo CS, they said they were not ready to take care, but after long discussion and many calls finally they agreed to send shipping label, but never recieved one. Its one of the worst laptops ever, lenovo's product quality has gone so bad and so is the CS. I have U430 before, never once had a problem, not going to buy lenovo products again.

So far so good, but its been less than a week. It runs perfectly smooth, but it might be windows, but it gives anywhere from 8-2 hours of battery life at 80%. I will see how the battery holds when I really begin using it for school. I hope Lenovo delivers on the battery, as ill need to be away from outlets. It has everything you could want in a laptop, so lets hope windows is wrong about the variable battery life. This laptop is lighter than the 2018 mac book air, as double the cores, and is a 2 in one.

Purchased this laptop on Black Friday and it's probably the best thing I ever bought. It's fast and smooth, lasts 7-8 hours and charges very quickly. I just wish it had more storage but overall it's the best laptop for school, work, and media consumption. The Lenovo Active Pen is very useful too.

I've had this laptop for over a year and there's a common problem with this series where a few months in the screen starts to flicker and blank out. I had to ship it to the Lenovo headquarters and deal with not having it for some time so it could get fixed. Then it came back working again but the Bluetooth and Microphone were damaged and it was to close to my warranty during taking COVID Zoom classes for college so I could not send it back to get fixed again. Smh.

Love this little Laptop! I am a Special Education Teacher and travel to provide early intervention to kids. I initially bought this to replace an older, bulkier Laptop so that I could take this with me without feeling like I have a 10lb brick in my work bag (along with my other materials). I have had no issues at all with performance and the customer service at Lenovo was extremely helpful and responsive with all of my questions and warranty guidance, prior to purchasing. It is also a sleek little laptop if you're someone who cares about the aesthetics. the battery life could be a bit longer, but I also use a Bluetooth mouse and tend to have 87 windows open at any given time...lol The portability offsets having a larger battery in my case. I did purchase this on sale, so it definitely was a value. I would definitely recommend the Yoga 730!

We shopped for a new laptop for my daughter's senior year then hopefully for college. We found the Yoga 730 was great for size, weight, appearance, and features for its price, and bought it. Word to the wise - read those negative reviews and take heed before you buy. I wish I had. A couple weeks after the 15-day return period, the screen flickering started. I have performed the recommended system and BIOS updates as instructed in multiple reviews, they didn't help. The machine is virtually unusable. Next step will be to call Lenovo support, i assume i will have to ship the unit in for repairs. Don't know what the girl is going to do for school while her PC is in the shop. i am one Disappointed Dad, I never expected this kind of crappy quality from a company with such a good reputation.
