The 1st week the screen would flicker , we took to geek squad and they sent it out for repair . We it came back the screen stop working and I took it back to geek squad . The gave me another one & that one also had issues. They gave us our money back and we purchased a Microsoft laptop.

Computer has wireless connection issues. After researching, the problem is the wireless connector used in the device, which Lenovo has known about since production and covers under warranty. Also, the hdmi output quits after 15 minutes saying the resolution is not supported. The fingerprint reader also works about 30% of the time. If I didn't load $500 of software on the device, it would be in the trash.
