So far so good, bought as "open-Box Excellent"

Sold as "open box excellent" , I was expecting the laptop to be in the box and the handed it to me in a plastic clear bag. I was shocked so I asked them if I could power it up in store before I left since I drove an hour one way to get it. It worked so I took it. I am now writing this on the laptop I am reviewing now. The charge plug is much different than the other Lenovo's I had/have. Fast boot up, back lit keyboard, SSD make it a fast computer. Battery life is good. Only thing missing is a number pad. Since I use a 14" at times I can do without it. Except for the warranty issue, I would recommend this laptop to a college student or a home user. Lenovo's Customer service said they would change the warranty but so far have not, even tho they said it would be changed by wed. today is Thursday. Minus 1 star for not changing the warranty a promised by the time they promised. So far fingerprint reader is reliable. I do like the fast charge option on the most Lenovo laptops.
