    So far the laptop is fine. I need to learn it and windows 11. I need practice. All of this takes time. I do have to say we had a terrific person helping us. He listened to two people, identified needs, pointed out what would or might not be best, with a smile and sense of humor. He also handled follow up and we later purchased items was asked about. It's a good laptop but he is a great employee.
