Love it! Best laptop i have ever bought. Light weight, fast…the touch screen option is amazing

It’s easy to operate the system, light weight and long battery life.

The picture quality is exceptional compared to other laptops in its price range. Boots up in no time and at 3 lbs it’s great for on the go tasks.

Very slick, neat and practical. Price is wow. Service is good. Just went and grabbed it in less than a minute.

Computer is running well at this time. I have had no real problems or concerns. It was an easy transition from my HP laptop.

WARNING!!! This has to be the WORST laptop I have ever got from Best Buy. It has deleted hours of my work on notepad. The search engine you set as default doesn't stay and changes back to the one before (Bing, Yahoo, etc). It has closed off important tabs I've had open while doing research. It may seem like a good one cause of the touch screen but there are barely any decent apps to download even for a decent VPN. It has moved the cursor to completely different pages making me type on that page that was just meant to research something in a tab. The thumb print analyzer that's "supposed" to make it easier to unlock your laptop only works the first 2 times and after that it doesn't once recognize your print. I have even had tabs block me from tapping on the password bar to unlock my laptop making have to restart just to unlock my laptop and use it and even then it doesn't want to cooperate. I have even tried resetting it repeatedly (more than 5 times) including restarting the laptop and it did nothing. Even right now the laptop is making the typing cursor disappear as I write this review preventing me from typing this review (more than 10 times). My warranty on my laptop has gone out and when checked with the geek squad to renew it, there are no more chances to renew once the warranty is out (both warranty and protection warranty) that's it no more renewing. It only the first you buy with the laptop that's it and if my laptop was refurbished I was never told so I was misdirected to believe its new so I don't know if it is or not. All I know is this the WORST laptop I have EVER bought. If your looking for a laptop that you want to do nothing on then this is the laptop for you. It might as well be called an expensive paper weight. It barely holds a battery I cant even leave it alone shut down for 4 days without having to charge it again. It won't even help me spell my words so I have to use my phone for spell checks. It also barely has a decent storage capacity so when the storage is out Microsoft wants me to pay more than $70 a month for more storage. So I wouldn't be surprised if best buy had pay people on here to write a good review for this laptop cause like I said its just a horribly expensive paper weight and the typing cursor is still disappearing and making the page go to the bottom so I can't type. Hope when you look at this laptop or even let alone the series brand of them you'll just pass by them and look at better ones cause I wouldn't even bother to look up reviews expecting good ones without coming across some 1 stars. If 0 stars was option to make this review it would there. Anyway I'll finish this review cause the laptop is starting to act up further so I can barely type further and just one more thing if you think you can even copy, paste or even split the page to look at 2 at the same time good luck cause you'll have to fight so bad you'll want to cry from the stress and anger to make it work even then forget it, it isn't gonna cooperate! and now some of my words I already have disappeared so I'm gonna have trying to add them back and hope they don't disappear again and hopefully this review will even post cause my luck the laptop will mess up and make it disappear or let alone change my words but the internet speed and display is at least good but that's the only thing worst a 5 star review but the camera has the quality of a potato can't even tell what the item of the picture is including a selfie. Turned off on me after 4 months of normal use. Went shipped it off ti get it fixed, hot it back and still the same, had to ship it back again, hoping it gets finally fixed. Super stressful.

Started off great but motherboard needs to be replaced in 2 1/2 years with no damage, drops or neglect makes it a pretty bad investment. Realize this review is on the past model but quality tends to follow through the brand so I would use caution on all of the lenovo laptops

Terrible, just terrible. Bought this computer, and it was dead out of the box due to a faulty battery. Exchanged for a new one, but then the webcam died completely after 3 weeks. Also it's strangely slow and takes forever to load, even though the specs are decent.
