I never owned a Lenovo computer before and was a bit worried but I an really amazed at how much I love this computer. Comfort of use, esthetics and performance are great. I may have enjoyed an additional USB port but it's OK. I use this computer mostly for business, accounting and leisure (no gaming) and it fills completely my needs.

Design flaw with hinge, broken after 2 years

Hinge broke due to poor design after only 2 years, and Lenovo's chatbot "customer service" wants to sell me an extended warranty before they even let me submit a repair request. Had the same experience with a Moto Z (also made by Lenovo) Fool me once, shame on me, etc...

Fast and easy to use laptop

I can get so many tasks done, and it never slows me down. I have had this laptop now for about 10 months and now it is that the screen is acting up a bit. Everything else is working fine, but since it is a touch screen, I don't know if that is a problem. I don't ever touch the screen t oavois issues.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 14in. Touch Screen Laptop with Intel Evo Platform Core i5. We are sorry to hear that you are having screen issues with your device. Please check to that you have the latest version of Windows on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows . You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan” In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Lenovo 14" Yoga Laptop Review

Build quality and performance are very good and I like the 14" size. It would be nice to have another USB port, an HDMI port, and an SD card slot, though. When using it in our home office I connect another monitor to it which, fortunately, has some additional USB ports where I connect an external hard drive and a DVD drive. This replaced an all-in-one desktop that I had, so I like the portability that the laptop gives me. This was also on sale for $150 off, so it was a very good value.

The build quality is amazing. The performance is great depending on what you need it to do and the ability to use it as a tablet is phenomenal. The size is perfect for this as well. Just a really good 2-in-1 laptop. Wish I would upgrade more things though. Oh and the screen brightness is kinda meh.

This laptop fit the bill and bonus was that it was 7i & 12GB. So far not one compliant, the laptop has a great battery, excellent screen resolution and is a great size. Price was a deal for everything we got. While I don't love the color, it's muted and easily dismissed.

I looked at the other brands, prices and features and stuck with this brand with an upgrade in processor, RAM and drive memory. Too me, Lenova makes a great laptop for a reasonable price.. I had three laptops that needed replacing this Christmas in my household.. I basically purchased 3 of the same units with the same specs & features in different sizes based on the need.
