Very frustrating. You better pay for the extra $$ for the warranty bc you’re gonna need it . Other than that it’s a great computer. LOVE the touch screen.

I love this laptop. Ease of use. I'm retired and don't need it for business anymore, but it would certainly take care of it. Ease of use, aluminum quality case instead of plastic feels really substantial all the while still remaining light. Love the top speakers on the keyboard! I would buy this again. I am not a techy.

It’s very easy to navigate and has a strong battery which is a plus for him since he uses it basically all day (zoom meetings and homework). The sleek and lightweight design makes it a lot easier when you are on the go! 10/10 would recommend!

I have never owned a Lenovo before, but this is such a great little laptop. The screen goes edge to edge so it looks very small upon opening; however, it is actually a really nice size. She has a lot of windows open at all times with her homework, and this laptop handles it so easily. I highly recommend this laptop.

Comfortable keyboard, crisp screen, responsive touch feature, very fast bootup, shutdown, and performance. I like the "dark moss" color as it is distinctive without being flashy. Good sound for a notebook. Build feels very solid and the weight is surprisingly light. I had a previous model in this line and it held up so well I knew I wanted the latest version of the same notebook. I'd make the same purchase again!

It's replacing my slow and sluggish larger Dell. It's fast, easy to setup, perfect for my needs and very well built with quality materials. I picked the laptop up on April 3rd at my local Best Buy and have used it daily ever since. I have not experienced any of the problems that I've read on other reviews.

It's light weight, super fast and has a really good battery life! The display is amazing but; it's glossy and hard to see when using outdoors. Sound is great too! Only complain is the camera. While the quality is not bad, it could have been more sharp. Overall it's a perfect laptop for home/office use!

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-14 model number 82BH0006US. This model ships with a 720p (HD) webcam with manual Privacy Shutter and Dual Array Microphones. If you are getting less than expected broadcast video quality, be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 on the computer. The update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 10. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

After having issues with my MacBook Pro trying to do designing for my business I knew I needed some type of other option. After researching multiple tablets and computers I went with the yogi so I could use the touchscreen like a tablet but the durability of a laptop. I have to say I am absolutely in love! It is incredibly fast and the touchscreen is a great feature!

We installed it pretty easily and used the Lenovo Migration app to transfer programs and documents. I love my Lenovo, but am getting used to the smaller screen and no number touch pad on the right side. The computer works great, and I am still exploring all the things I can do with it!
