So far so good. Everything works seemingly as it should, note we've only had them for about a month. They love the size and functionality of the units, especially the ability to use them as tablets.

Fast, but could be faster if the memory ran at 3200MHz instead of 2666MHz. Lenovo website and Bestbuy both advertise it as 3200MHz memory which is false!

What’s nice about it, is it’s lite weight flips into a tablet, & fast. I wish the screen inch was a little bigger.

Unfortunate, to say the least that Microsoft Office is now a subscription as a service! For the money, that should be part of the cost of the laptop.

I don't need it for everyday use, but it runs like a champ and does everything I need it to do. Still runs super fast, has a touch screen, and has decent memory.

Expensive; Keyboard Issues Started a Month In

As of March 22, 2021, I have conceded that I bought a junk machine and wasted $1000. I've had other Lenovo laptops in the past without issue, which is why I thought I would be in good hands. I was wrong. First, the pros is that the touch screen is good. It's nice to be able to draw with no issue. The laptop is also very fast. The sound is good, and the image and video quality are good. These elements are solid. Currently, the overall notebook is barely usable since the keyboard doesn't work properly at all. This issue started after the deadline to send the laptop back to replace it. The letters z, x, c, v, b, n, and m barely work. This is the same with shift, enter, control, space, period, comma, and question mark keys. Shift is completely unusable now. Z and C have to pressed and kinda wiggled to pick up. I can't use shift and control in any combination with any letter. If they do work, they will create multiple letters in a chain. Obviously, I can't work like that. I contacted tech support and they couldn't figure out the issue, so they have to come out and repair it. So I spent $1000 on something that already has to be repaired!? That shouldn't happen! When I buy something, I expect it to work and last awhile, not be junk in a month. Some of the windows, too, flash and flicker. It's annoying. I'm upset with this purchase. I've always had good luck with Lenovo until now. What's upsetting is being out the money paid to have a laptop that may or may not work properly after being repaired.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-14, model number 82BH0006US. First, Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If there is no incompatible software installed, resetting the computer back to original factory settings my clear the issue with the keyboard. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the top right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of this device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. Once you have the computer reset, the issue with the keyboard keys should be cleared. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Good battery performance, nice size to fit in a smaller bag, and has good quality camera for zoom meetings- This is my second Lenovo and honestly think they are quality products with some bells and whistles too
