Small, light and very quick. The only downside is that it doesn't have a disc drive.

This computing system uses Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System with easy to operate Graphic User Interface. You can easily toggle within multiple open windows within Windows 10. To do this, press and hold the Alt key on your keyboard, then press the Tab key. Continue pressing the Tab key until the desired window is selected.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent $700 on this expecting a laptop in 2021 to be able to perform better than a mid-tier desktop from 2013...nope, at best it's on par. Frequent freezes/lag upon opening to sign in, frequent RAM and CPU spikes (resulting in 15-120 second freezes) with nothing other than Firefox running. Somehow a PC with DDR3 RAM outperforms this laptop on simply being able to use a browser with numerous tabs open (2013 desktop actually manages nearly double the tabs before similarly hindered performance to the laptop, with twice as many extensions). The 2-in-1 aspect is nice, battery is decent, speakers are ok, and fingerprint sign-in is handy (although won't work if there's any kind of sweat or grease on the sensor or fingers). Physical camera cover is flimsy and easily slides open unintentionally when opening the laptop, requiring regular readjustments to the cam cover. The touchpad itself is also pretty low quality, and obnoxiously off-center. And, finally, as with all laptops: the bloatware sucks.

the perfect combination of performance, battery life and stunning visuals. You’ll experience remarkable responsiveness, lightning-fast Gigabit speeds with Intel WiFi 6, and two Thunderbolt 4 ports for connecting to power and accessories with a single cable. If you are getting slower than expected performance, be sure any software you installed is compatible with the Windows Version you are using. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the Windows Operating System, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. Here is a link to instructions for uninstalling McAfee from a Windows computer: https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-view. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. This Lenovo Yoga 7i 14 ships with just two adware programs, a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 (as part of Windows operating system) and a 30-day trial of McAfee virus protection. Lenovo computers ship with one of the cleanest factory software installs within the consumer computer industry.
