Disappointed About Message USB Power Port Surge

Within a month of having it or less , it said there was a usb power surge so I took it in and they exchanged it for a different one. I have been taking really good care of my laptop after having it exchanged. And now after the hurricane, there is another usb port power surge. I don’t know what to do and no one is giving me good advice. I can’t buy another laptop and I need a laptop for work. I am on workers comp so I don’t make enough to buy another.

The keyboard is soft and quiet. I enjoy having the Lenovo app to check on the status of your laptop. I have owned HP in the past (and still do) My go to is now the Lenovo. I do t think I will go back My salesperson Brent was a great resource
