Part of the Evo Certification means that the Yoga 7i 14 comes with All-Day-Battery-Life, thanks to its Integrated 71Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery, which within this configuration, has a battery life of up to 13 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the volume control of the built in microphone on your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i 14. first be sure your microphone is off mute by tapping the Hotkey in the F4 position on your keyboard. This toggles the microphone on/off. Here is a link to additional information about adjusting the volume settings for your microphone within Windows 10: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-microphone-problems-5f230348-106d-bfa4-1db5-336f35576011#WindowsVersion=Windows_10. Now test your microphone volume offline be using the Windows 10 Voice Recorder. If you can hear the recording you just made normally, your microphone settings on the computer are fine. Now check the audio settings at the Video Conferencing APP side the next time you are on a call. Missing charger even in excellent cond open box

Package did not incude any charger. Best Buy refused to ship the charger since I was outside the window by a few days. I opened the package late. Lesson learned. Do not trust when they say, open box excellent condition and not missing any parts.

I started using the laptop in January and about 6 months later I noticed the touchpad wasn't tight. There were no changes made to the laptop before it started clicking. It was not dropped or damaged. The clicking still occurs when the power is off. I ran diagnostics twice with a Lenovo tech support "expert" (I use that term lightly) and that did not fix anything. It is an issue with the plastic on the computer not being tight enough. I paid extra for Lenovo Premium care because I was told they would fix this issue in-store or at my home. Yesterday I was told they would not. Lenovo has gone down hill from my first laptop ten years ago. The last one I bought in fall of 2018 has issues with some of the number keys not working when you hit "shift". And so I bought a new laptop and this one has the issue with the touchpad. I know this isn't Best Buy's fault. Just want to warn people that there are a lot of issues with these Lenovo Yoga laptops. I will not be purchasing one again.

This Yoga 7i 14 ships with an adjustable, buttonless glass surface multi-touch touchpad, which supports Precision TouchPad (PTP). You can adjust the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom of your Windows screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad and changing the touch sensitivity which lessens the click, audio feedback of the touchpad. If your computer battery is only charging to 60 Percent capacity, you have the Battery Conservation Mode within the Lenovo Vantage APP turned on. Battery Conservation Mode should only be used if you leave your computer plugged in all the time. Battery Conservation Mode will prolong the overall life of the battery itself by only allowing the battery to charge to 60 Percent capacity when it is plugged in all the time. Turn off Battery Conservation Mode within the Lenovo Vantage APP and your battery will charge to its full 100 Percent capacity. Unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

The Lenovo Yoga 7i Windows 10 which should be compatible with your printer. In most instances the driver will download automatically when your plug the printer into a USB port on the laptop. In some instances the driver does not download automatically. We recommend visiting the printer manufactures website, and manually downloading and installing the appropriate driver for your model of printer. This should fix your issue.
