I ordered it online and got it the same day! The sound and screen quality is great. It being able to flip into has become handy when cooking. The battery life is great, too! Every now and then, the mouse stops working or it disappears off the screen. So you'll have to click really hard and move it around a bunch to get it to show up and work again. It can get annoying, but overall it's awesome.

In regards to the courser issue please ensure you have downloaded and installed the latest Windows 10 software, system device drivers, and BIOS updates. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan” In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

I was debating between a laptop or an apple product, but I am glad I got this Lenovo Yoga 7i. Nice features, light, the size is perfect to put in a tote bag. I work a lot with numbers so the fact that is has the extended keyboard with the numbers is a plus. Love it. I have three more friends that have gotten one after seeing mine.

Great service led to a great laptop purchase

We took back a Microsoft Surface pad because it stopped working and got store credit, since it was almost to the end of it's guarantee time. We were able to get this Lenovo laptop for less than $25 with the credit. Thanks to the customer service and sales rep for finding a great alternative for us!

It beats my not so old very heavy 18"HP by miles. I definitely would recommend you check it out before you purchase your next laptop

Good price for feature ratio and the touch screen is very intuitive. I chose to pick this up in store week before Christmas and the area around the Best Buy was a mob scene but the customer service at the store i picked it up from was very quick to address my order and expedite it to the front when i explained i had traveled far to their location. Very pleased

I love that it bends, it is compatible to everything I need it to be, it’s fast, it’s pretty and the features on it are amazing. I love that it has Alexa, I love that I can put apps on my main screen and I love the setup. I overall am just super impressed with this laptop.
